BEFORE SITE’S OPENING

ENGINEERING SERVICES :

 

“TEAM’S” work begins with the executive planning, from the preliminary project’s analysis and also managing a series of projectual activities such as:

• Basic engineering and detailed design (civil, mechanic, electric) and As-built in accordance with current standards.

• Detailed engineerign development activities coordination and control

• Suppliers interface and Material Requisition processing to supply electric components for the plant (cables, BT/MT equipment, MT/AT, tranfromers, etc. ).

• Management and technical site assistance, working time schedule definition, executive poles and mechanical modules supporting structures structures calculation.

• Connection management problems whith national distribution systems, and also all the documentation necessary at the incentive rate obtainance.

• Executive planning civil and electric works, as built, maintainance plan.

• MT/AT connection design.

 

AFTER SITE’S OPENING

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT 

 

• Coordination, support and update executive planning (civil works, mechanical and electrical );     

• Coordination and site activities management and directly and indirectly staff employed Site Manager

• Relationship management with contracting authorities (Commission, Supervision, Security officer)

• Relationship management with suppliers and subcontractors understood as

  • Supply and/or subcontract contracts definition,

  • security applications control system in respect of requirements provided by the security coordinator

  • activities control and constructive quality;

  • progress monitoring of the production related to the single entrusted works.

• Coordination and supply activities management of consumables to be used in activities, verifying type, quantity and delivery timing.

•  

• Verification and documentation of sample collection and construction products from subcontractors (data sheets, drawings, certification);

• Checking and preparing the SAL of individual subcontractors;

• Dealing with eventual technical - economic;

• Drafting Plan Purchases supplies and subcontracts;

• Planning and control of the timing of each phase of work, with the drafting of periodic reports on the progress of work and compilation of report cards agreed with the client.

• Managing relationships with purchasers and construction management for preparation, review and approval of the Member Active job advancement.

• Drafting, monitoring and updating weekly construction program, with analysis of possible deviations from the time and cost forecasting, and setting its reporting;

• Managing the entire flow of information to and from the customer;

• Monitoring compliance and correct application of the provisions in force concerning safety in the workplace;

• Coordination and management of the supply of consumables to be used in activities, verifying type, amount and timing of delivery.

• Quality control is given by:

  • Preparation and filing daily reports of the site with specific activities, sub-contractors engaged in construction and materials.

  • Organization and Management-weekly meetings with site preparation and coordination of distribution and the corresponding minutes and subsequent monitoring of the correct application of the provisions adopted under.

  • Check and update the detailed design of the site.

  • Preparation and delivery of periodic reports on the status of construction to be delivered to the customer.
